An onsite estate sale is a public sale held at a home to sell most or all of its contents, often due to a death, relocation or remodel. Personal belongings such as home furnishings, cars, jewelry, coins, art, clothing, vintage collections, and outbuilding items are sold directly from the property.

 

Solace Estate Sales will handle the entire onsite estate sale process from start to finish. You don’t have to do a thing. Items will be organized, beautifully staged, marketed, appraised and sold at fair market value. This is our most common type of liquidation process as buyers can see and inspect items in person often leading to a higher return quickly and efficiently. Unsold items will either be turned back to the family or donated. Clients will receive a tax donation receipt for donated items.
