• All items are sold As-Is. No warranties, no exchanges and no returns on any items

• If item(s) is/are not picked up at scheduled time or by end of sale and no prior arrangements have been made, item(s) will be donated with no refund.

• All sales are enter at your own risk. Solace Estate Sales and Services is not responsible for any injuries that may occur while on the estate sale property.

• Solace Estate Sales and Services reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

• We can NOT assist in the moving or loading of any merchandise.

• While on the property Solace Estate Sales and Services reserves the right to take pictures and or videos of shoppers for the purpose of advertising. Shoppers understand pictures may be posted on social media and or the Solace Estate Sales and Services website.

• Shoppers understand on occasion the homeowner may remove an item(s) that has been posted as available. We do all that we can to eliminate this situation but at times we must accommodate our client.
