What To Expect
We will offer the same luxury estate sales as in Northern Utah.
Consultations are always free. No upfront cost.
Price is commission based and determined at consultation.
Simply remove the items you want to keep and leave the rest to us.
We will organize, price and stage your home to create a beautiful and exciting shopping experience for our buyers.
Sales typically run 2-3 days. We have clean-out packages available with unsold items going out to individuals in need or a donation center of your choice.
We work closely with real estate agents to ensure the home is emptied before closing and due diligence is not interrupted.
